PREMIER LUXURY SOLID WOOD BEECH BLOCK CHOPPING BOARD
A HANDMADE / HAND CRAFTED BEECH BLOCK, SOLID WOOD CHOPPING BOARD / SERVING PLATTER..
These are the answer to any CHEFS KITCHEN, and/ or any discerning cook or 'domestic pro cook'. ! Hand-crafted & made with a carved 'draining groove' around perimeter for catching juices etc. that accumulate during cutting and use. These can then be poured away cleanly and safely after, with minimum fuss. Unlike many for sale online, and elsewhere, these Pro Chopping boards are 4 CM (40 mm) in thickness (solid Beech), hence more 'chunky' and solid than others similar.
This is our 'STANDARD LARGE' size - 45 cm x 30cm x (4 cms depth/ thickness)

These chopping boards are impregnated with several coats of special Food-use Approved oil, hygenic, and thus, meat and food friendly ( similar to the finishes that are often put on Beech Block Kitchen worktops). This absorbs deep into the wood, impregnating the chopping board during this process . This produces a very nice, smart appealling finish, with slight gloss sheen. Also being waterproof, bringing out woodgrain and visual look further, and EXTREMELY tough & durable.. And will last long, long time.. - years if treated & used correctly. Also all our boards also have 4 x non-slip 'rubber feet' . This makes the boards even more solid & balanced for use. Hence do not mark your worktops either! and will not move around or 'slide' during use. (Unlike many other Chop boards for sale that just sit 'flat' on worktops with no feet).
Also being thicker than most (@ 4cm thickness) With a strong 'slight gloss' sheen finish, a perfect addition to any Professional, or Home Chef's Kitchen Untensils. Ideal for Country kitchens, and wooden worktops, as well as all other kitchen styles too .. NOT for dishwasher use.. (wash by hand Only, normal detergent washing up liquid).
