Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

• All Handmade & timber based ‘physical’ active listings use this policy, & thus applies to such -

• Notice MUST.. Be given, of & BEFORE a return, and an approximate ETA/ Date of Return should be stated & informed of where possible (in writing) prior to shipping/ returning a physical product.

• WE are NOT responsible for.. NOR have any control of , & over damage caused by couriers, or items in transit, by third party couriers, after items are dispatched and handed over physically to the courier or said shipping companies – Any refunds or resolution of complaints of damage financially.. are at the company’s discretion & goodwill.

• Returns will Only Be Accepted, upon Showing FULL PROOF, & / or evidence of damage, or reason for return. (i.e. clear photgraphic /clearly demonstrable & visible reasons Why requesting a return) If these conditions are not met.. Then Returns and/or refunds cannot be guaranteed, and may likely not be granted or honoured.

This is At the company’s Discretion, (being GStyleDesign.) and only in exceptional circumstances, where upon We are contacted, matters discussed, & a mutual agreement reached. This is not obligatary by us, but consideration will be given, then a decision reached, & issued. The company’s Manager, or Owner’s decision will be Final & Binding.
