Solid Beech Block Shelving .. A robust, thick & rustic, but still a very contemporary design.. As these shelves are available in 2 main standard 'widths'.. These can be a slimmer more minimal shelf, or a wider width option. Made of Pure Beech Timber.. 'Beech Block' of Compressed 'Beechwood Staithes'. These are available in 3 STANDARD lengths.. / & 2 x different widths as mentioned.. (Although, bespoke orders and / or required lengths can be catered for and made also, - please ask!?).
The shelves are available & made up, treated & Oiled when fully Finished. :- Or also alternatively can be supplied in treated, but bare wood condition & format..
ALL Orders & Shelves, come with the Concealed 'T' Fixings creating the 'Floating shelf' effect look and appeal. The correct sizes, (and amount) of the 'T' fixings/ brackets will be automatically supplied & dispatched to match your desired length of shelf(s). The Shelves themselves are Also Pre-Drilled.. to ready-accommodate these fittings they are supplied with.
If you Do NOT wish for the 'floating shelf' fittings, Then please state very clearly when ordering & at checkout (alternatively, message with name, via site), a small discount can potentially be given.
OPTIONS :-
The Bare wood (option 1) - The shelves are prepared & hand-made, then after an initial wood treatment, including a preservant & wood cleaning..
The Oiling treatment process (second/option 2).. - The shelves are prepared & hand-made, then after initial wood treatment, are then treated with several coats of the special wood oil. (Is actually also Food-use Approved, hygenic rated).
This process of wood oiling, absorbs deep into the wood, absorbing & impregnating Deep into the wood during this process . This gives & produces a slightly deeper stained finished effect. Hence producing a very strong but nice, smart appealing finish, with slight satin sheen. Also becoming waterproof, and also very heat resistant, and bringing out the wood-grain and visual look even further.
This Crafting process makes the boards/ shelving, EXTREMELY tough & durable.. will not split , or chip etc. And will last long time.. many years if treated & used correctly. Each individual shelf, has its own unique grain pattern & style.. That type of natural look, can only be beautifully obtained with, and by.. natural wood..

Standard widths :- 12cm (as shown in pics) OR.. 25 cm.
(All produced to 5mm tolerances)
There are NO drillholes nor support brackets with the 100 x25 Shelves, Due to load bearing capacities on these brackets supplied)
